My spouse and I have had the pleasure of working with Cindy on several real estate transactions. In my opinion, no one knows the Kansas City real estate market better than Cindy. Most recently, we have been considering downsizing and we turned to Cindy again for help making an informed decision. Cindy spent several hours with me showing me homes and weighing the pros and cons of downsizing. After careful consideration of the information that Cindy provided, we have decided to stay in our current home. Purchasing another home did not prove to be advantageous at this time and that is what is important to Cindy. The best interests of her clients is always her top priority, not just making a buck. I cannot recommend Cindy highly enough. If you listen to her and follow her guidance, you will be able to make a highly informed decision. She is simply the best at what she does.

My husband and I had a great experience with Cindy! It was our first time buying a house and we had a lot of things about our needs/situation that were unusual. Cindy was very knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with us. Most importantly, she listened to our concerns and always put our needs first during the process. On top of being nice and hard working, she has a lot of integrity which is in my opinion the most important quality in a realtor.

Our family and extended family has worked with Cindy for many years and there is good reason for that.
