Josh and Hunter were great. They brought out a photographer that did the most professional job I've ever seen. He captured all the beauty of my home and the actual buyers said they knew they were going to put an offer on the home without physically seeing it. The marketing was excellent, we had a small group of potential buyers and they used social media etc.. to make sure the right people saw my house. This was such a personal decision for me. I designed and built my dream home and wanted cool people I liked to get it. The new owners are wonderful and we are now friends. Hunter answered every question I had and was available any time I needed him. I never thought the process was going to be this amazing.
