    Arbor View is a beautiful community in Southern Overland Park. The location is on the north side of 179th at the northwest corner of Antioch. So, access to Hwy 69 is super easy for commuting. Home prices range from mid $500K's to $800K. Floor plans are primarily 1.5 story and 2.0 story homes. New homes are available through quality builders such as Bickimer, Braklow Custom, and Covenant Homes. The HOA dues are about $850/yr and includes a pool, walking trails, and play area. The Overland Park Arboretum is right across the street. Very nice shopping and dining opportunities are just minutes away. Arbor View is also served by the award winning Blue Valley School District, with Wolf Springs Elementary just within walking distance away.

    Residents of Arbor View are within the Award Winning Blue Valley School system and attend the three newest (at time of writing) schools in the system. Sought after Wolf Spring Elementary School, Aubry Bend Middle School and Blue Valley Southwest High School. If I could award a sixth star for schools, I would do so here.

    Arbor View is located literally across the street from Overland Park Aboretum. A must see location for any visit to Overland Park.

    The Neighborhood HOA, Home Owners Association, includes a pool, trash pickup and curbside recycling.
