I would highly recommend Betty Simmons Realty and specifically Mary Beth LaCroix, one of her associates. We worked with Mary Beth as the account manager for a property we rented for 2 years and then as the transaction broker as the buyers of the same property. Mary Beth was great to work with from start to finish and was very responsive to questions or concerns. She is seasoned professional in the real estate industry and provided excellent service during the purchase of the home. This was by far the easiest home purchase for us and we would gladly obtain her services again for another home should the need arise!

Betty was a treasure to work with. We needed to clean/update the house. She recommended what needed to get done to get top dollar. And through her connections we were able to get it done in a timely manor and for a great price. We had already moved out of state so she and her team were always available and managed the whole process. She kept in touch with us every step of the way and sent pictures of the progress. She marketed the house to her contacts and other Realtors. It worked because we had 30 showings in the first two days and three offers all above list. She also walked us through the whole closing so there were no surprises. We were very happy with her service and would recommend her to anyone who wants to sell or buy a house.

I would highly recommend Betty to anyone looking for a Real Estate agent to buy or sell a house. Betty made the whole process of selling my mothers house seem effortless. She came by the house before we put it on the market and suggested low cost improvements and offered the names of several reputable contractors that she has used. When the house was ready to go on the market she staged the entire house with furniture and accessories. The house sold in one day. Betty is a real pro.
