The community pool is very nice and the homes are affordable, for now. Kansas City was actually one of the fastest appreciating markets in 2017. Carriage Hills is only 15 minutes from Downtown Kansas City too so there's plenty of nightlife available if desired. You can also possibly avoid the KC 1% E Tax if you live here too. Great neighborhood, I live here!
