    2019 Boat permits have been extended until June 1, 2020. With the virus, the HOA office is working on procedures to get 2020 permits to everyone. The first phase is getting new home owners of the lake their 2020 permits and the second phase consists of getting the 2019 permit holders their 2020 permits. Emails will be sent out to residents in alphabetical order for them to apply for 2020 permits.

    Due to rain concerns, Smokin' on the Point is being re-scheduled for Friday, October 12th and Saturday, October 13th. Come out to the Point Friday night and watch all the smokers get fired up! Judging will be Saturday morning.

When all the phases are complete, there will be 342 new homes and the project will increase the lake surface by 54% according to the developer RIC. It's been a long time since we have seen such incredible expansion of any of the lakes in the Lees Summit area. Lots range from $80,000 to over $300,000 for lake front lots. It will be truly beautiful nestled in among all the trees.
