    Watercrest Landing is a beautiful and quiet new community in West Lenexa that is an ideal family community to live in. New homes are available from quality builders such as Spiess Custom Homes, Aspen Creek, Rob Washam and Hilmann Homes. The price range for homes in Watercrest Landing range from the $400K's to the $700K's. Floor plans are primarily 4-bedroom 1.5-story reverse homes. This scenic community is in a great location just east of K-7 between Prairie Star Parkway and 83rd. Lake Lenexa and Black Hoof Park are just to the east of the community.
