Denise was wonderful! Would recommend her to anyone. She walked me through the process well with good explanations on my many questions. It was a very emotional decision for me as we sold our lake home of 21 years. She was compassionate and yet honest when she needed to be. Denise was very professional. I appreciated her not trying to oversell a place just to get a sale. She listened to what we wanted and let us walk through the places and provide feedback about what we liked and did not like. I think her being a guide and an expert in the industry allowed us to really pick the place that worked best for us and will make our family happy for years to come. With us living in another city she was very accomodating in being present when we could not for things like meeting a repairman to make sure the heating unit worked right and doing the final walk through on the day of for us.
