Ron HarderAssociate

Ron has been very active in the Newton/Harvey County community since 1984 when he and his wife, Janice, bought the historic Railroad Savings and Loan Building in down town Newton. Over two years of renovation transformed the building into 500 Main Place which lives again with 18 different business offices. Two years later, Ron got into real estate and found he not only was good at it, he had a passion for it. His strengths are his creativity, his listening skills, and his endless energy in doing what it takes to get his buyers and sellers to where they need to be.

Dozens of testimonials tell the story of how Ron went well above and beyond the norm to help his clients reach their goals. A recent seller writes, "Ron was accessible and gave seasoned advice. We appreciated the updates on comparable properties in our area and feedback on showings. Having the moving truck was a very useful perk as well!" S.K.

A recent buyer writes: "Ron, thanks so much for helping find our very first home! It was so easy to work with you. Your knowledge of homes in the area gave us confidence that we were making the right choice. Thanks again!" G. & R. R.

A recent buyer writes: "Ron goes WAY beyond the call of duty. And Pat (his full time assistant) too!!! R.& J. B.

A seller writes: " We appreciated Ron's personal attention, his promptness, and his friendliness. He made our move easier and pleasant because details were handled promptly. O. P.
