Annissa sold my house - what can I say about working with Annissa? It was nothing short of excellent! I attempted FSBO for a couple months. Met Annissa and felt confident in her abilities. Called her on Monday morning, she picked up the keys Monday afternoon, staged the house, took pictures, posted on her various advertising pages Tuesday morning, showed the house and had a contract for more than asking price by 5 p.m. Tuesday. She kept me informed as inspections, appraisal, etc. occurred. She was the realtor for both buyer and seller - and I feel she did a great job of representing both of our interests fairly. Professional, honest, knows what she is doing - and just a really kind person. I was so pleased with my experience, I referred her to a friend - and with in 24 hours of listing her house, she had three offers. What more can I say about her abilities to do her job well? ??

Originally, I had planned to sell my home FSBO. Annissa reached out to me and I was impressed with her eagerness and passion for real estate. She was able to sell my house within a few days for above list price. Annissa is extremely attentive and answered our phone calls/texts/emails quickly and efficiently. It was really nice to have a buffer between the buyer and buyers agent as well as having an experienced professional to negotiate on our behalf. The process went very smoothly.I recently recommended her to a friend who was selling their house. She had their house sold within days and my friend was very appreciative that I recommended Annissa to her.I recently had another friend who was moving back to the area and wanted to see a house that was just listed. I called Annissa and she got us in to see the house less than an hour later. We were able to show my friend the house via Facetime. My friend put a bid on that house later that evening. Annissa's prompt responsiveness probably made the difference on my friend's ability to purchase that home as that home had several offers on that same day. Had Annissa not carved out time in her schedule to show me the house and be willing to Facetime my friend when we walked through, my friends would have lost out on the opportunity to bid on that home. I wanted to take just a moment and say a few things about Annessa. There are so few times in your life that you meet a truly talented and dedicated individual. Annessa is one of these people. I moved to the Jefferson City area a little over a year ago for a job opportunity. I was living in an apartment during the week and traveling back home to see my family that lives in Southern Missouri on the weekends. After a few months I decided that I was truly wasting money on paying rent, and thought I would take a look at some cheap real estate here in town. I saw Annessa’s name on a sign and I gave her a call. She promptly met me and showed me the house I wanted to see. Remember I asked to see this house and it was terrible, but she was there to show it to me anyway. She has a natural talent for asking the right questions in just the right way to find out what you truly want. This is a gift, and she is extremely blessed with it. She took me on a tour of the town, all the houses I asked to see, and she found some for me as well. She found a house that I believe she truly knew would fit exactly what I was looking for, she was completely right!!!! She carried me through the entire process, made my life just as simple and easy as it could be, and I stepped into my new home as happy as I could be. Four months later I was hit by the tornado in my new house. Annessa called to check on me, I was not expecting that, but she has that concern and care for her clients, that is so hard to find anywhere, and I cannot say enough about how much that means!!! My house was quickly rebuilt, and it turned out to be even better than before, then just 18 months after I moved to Jefferson City my job ended here. I sent one text to Annessa, she was there at my house that afternoon setting up my house, taking pictures, practicing her trade. She had my house on the market the next day! And I actually had an offer the same day and a contract the following day. I realize not everything goes that easy, but I guarantee that she puts nothing short of 100% into every house she sells, or finds for you to buy. I will always, without hesitation recommend Annessa to anyone as a first-class person, and a first class realtor.
