Christa is an absolute professional. She took charge of an effort to renovate a damaged estate home thru the closing sale. This was a remarkable effort undertaken and communicating with me 1500 miles away. Christa saved me from spending a ton of money in travel costs, in fact zero travel once she came on board. Renovation included contracting services for new HVAC, complete interior painting, new carpet, new toilets, repaired damages from a burglary, total cleaning, landscaping cleanup and remediating the findings from the final inspection process.

So grateful to have found this agent! Christa was obviously an experienced realtor. She was very savvy in negotiations, and adept in navigating this volatile, tight market. I appreciate her honesty and down to earth style. She was always responsive to my communications either by phone, text, or email. I never had any doubt Christa was acting in my best interest.
