Holly Jones is a Fantastic real estate agent. She helped us sell our old house and buy our new house a few years ago. She was awesome at walking us through the process of selling and buying our house. Holly has the heart of a teacher and is very patient with all of our questions. I will never buy or sell without her again! Since we closed, she has continued to be great. Always answering the phone or email when I have a curious question. Holly has been a great resource for recommending various trades or services that I have needed, whether it was a painter or an electrician, her recommendation has been stellar. Holly Jones is one of the hardest working people I have known. There is no quit in her. My Mom moved to Blue Springs from out-of-state. I worked with two other realtors before I began working with Holly. When the others gave up, or quit communicating with me, Holly stepped in and worked tirelessly. Holly really went to bat for us in the purchase of our home. As is typical for this area, we were in a bidding war with other potential buyers, and she wrote a letter to the homeowners talking about my family's story and how much it would mean to us to have this house, and our bid was accepted. We've been living here for five years now, and it's been a wonderful home for us.

Holly and her team are the best! We bought our first house with her and was very green. She was great about providing her opinion without overstepping. The biggest thing I noticed is that she looked at it as an investment for our family. When we would find one that was a maybe and she felt it was not a great long-term choice, she would kindly tell us. She knew what she was talking about too because 8 years later we sold our first home with her and made a profit of $169k! The next house we bought was out of her service area. However, being the AMAZING person she is... she had found and vetted a great realtor in our new location. They worked together to ensure our family was able to transition between both sales! After my mom passed, she also helped me locate and vet a realtor for her house out of Holly's service area. Bottom line... If you want a realtor who truly cares about the well-being of your family (and not just adding money to their pockets) PICK HOLLY AND HER TEAM! You will not be disappointed!

Holly far exceeded our expectations. She is professional, friendly, hard-working, and every other quality you would want in an agent. She always responds quickly to needs and questions and is helpful in every way. We were planning to sell by owner, but we were so impressed with Holly that we decided to list with her and it was the best decision we could have made. We got into a time crunch where we needed to get an offer accepted on a house we wanted to purchase and get our current house listed and sold very quickly. She helped us put in a quick offer on our dream house when we were worried it might sell, marketed our house brilliantly, got us multiple showings a day, and sold our house within 5 days. I'm not one to usually write reviews for anything but we would highly recommend Holly to anyone. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and we definitely would again if the need arises.
