I absolutely love our community. It has a great small town feel where it seems like everyone knows everyone, although we do have over 11,000 residents and I must admit I don't know all of them. But I do love how at home I feel in this community! It's one where everyone is helpful and friendly and most everyone waves at one another (depending on their day I suppose) :). Downtown Excelsior is constantly holding events, beer fest, wine fest, art crawls, chocolate tours, diva's night out and so many more. Our town is greatly underestimated for all that it has to offer. There are 18+ parks, three of which are state parks. Shopping and dining downtown is a most unique experience with all kinds of foods and things that you won't find anywhere else but here. We have come a long way and are continuing to grow in a most positive direction. My husband and I couldn't be more proud to live in, represent and raise our little girl here. It is home.
