Wes helped us sell our home in Overland Park, KS and buy our new home in Gladstone, MO. He has a very deep knowledge of the KC metro, its neighborhoods and housing market. We are currently in a seller's market, which made finding and purchasing our new home difficult. Wes's knowledge, contacts, and negotiating helped us to purchase in a neighborhood that we love, and stay within our budget. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with lots of information that we needed to make key decisions - he did not try to influence our choices one way or another. He was available when we needed him, and provided many important referrals for loans, home inspections, and local licensed electricians and plumbers.
