    Wes helped us sell our home in Overland Park, KS and buy our new home in Gladstone, MO. He has a very deep knowledge of the KC metro, its neighborhoods and housing market. We are currently in a seller's market, which made finding and purchasing our new home difficult. Wes's knowledge, contacts, and negotiating helped us to purchase in a neighborhood that we love, and stay within our budget. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and provided us with lots of information that we needed to make key decisions - he did not try to influence our choices one way or another. He was available when we needed him, and provided many important referrals for loans, home inspections, and local licensed electricians and plumbers. I highly recommend using Wes as your agent for buying and selling a home!

    Wes went above and beyond to help me sell my house at asking and at the best time. He is knowledgeable and courteous. He made himself available for all of my questions and concerns. He helped me with my paperwork and made sure I understood the process . He provided resources that made my moving day a lot less stressful. I would highly recommend him.     Wes met our needs in an excellent fashion. He was honest and straight forward in his advise and paid attention to our desires and needs. The first offer was cancelled due to foundation issues even though we had a contract to repair. Wes assured us that once the issue was fixed the house would sell and it did.

    Wes was very matter-of-fact, patient, and honest. We appreciated that he told us what he thought what was worth doing and what was not worth doing before listing our house. He explained anything and everything that we asked, and responded quickly to all communications. If we were selling our new house we would not hesitate to list with him again, and recommend him wholeheartedly.
