The subdivision sits directly across State Line Road from the Hallbrook Country Club and subdivision in Leawood, Kansas. Foxcroft consists of 145 single family luxury homes. Most were custom built and vary from about 1600 square feet to over 5000 square feet. It is a very beautiful neighborhood due to the exterior construction of the homes as well as the mature trees and landscaping. Homes exhibit a wide variety of stone, brick, and wood siding and virtually no two are alike. My family moved to a new home in Foxcroft in 1966 and it was and still is a great place to grow up. There are many original families still in the area, as well as new residents with children. My mother only recently sold the home and was sad to leave 50 years of neighbors behind. It is a very neighborly and friendly area. The Homes Association dues have been running a low $317 per year. This covers trash collection, street snow removal, and common area landscaping and maintenance.
