Gardner offers a great small town feel, but has easy access to highways and larger suburbs of downtown Kansas City. Gardner has a great school district. Gardner is growing with more and more families relocating to the town, due to new job opportunities and growth with commercial jobs such as: the rail system with over 5000 new jobs being offered and the Amazon plant near Edgerton, which is five minutes outside of Gardner. Great neighborhood, good people, lots of parks to play at for the kids make this a great place to live!
