Grain Valley, Missouri is located in Jackson County and has a population of just under 13,000 people. Just north of Highway 40, in Grain Valley, is Valley Speedway. You can come for a fun night at the track. Valley Speedway features a dirt track that facilitates three different classes of race cars: Midget, Lite Mod, and Outlaw. For spectators, there is a full concessions stand, candy stand, and a merchandise stand. General admission starts at $5.00 for children, and goes up as high as $15.00 for adults on the Party Deck (with the exception of Pit Row Passes, and for special events, which could be higher). So no matter what your budget, you are likely to find a great seat at a great price!If you want to make it an overnight trip to the track, "primitive" camping is allowed in certain areas with no hookups provided. At Valley Speedway, you are certain to have a fun night at the track, whether you go alone, or make it a family outing! Race season runs typically from March through October, but they hold special events throughout the year, weather permitting.
