    Hunters Ridge is a beautiful subdivision in a country-like setting in Pleasant Hill, MO that is nestled on a hill, where in some areas you can view the scenic view of the ponds or back up to farmland. This subdivision is very unique with the setting and the individual homes in the area. When I became a real estate agent 20 years ago, I told my husband that I would like to make a plan and set a goal to be able to move into this beautiful subdivision that I have called home for the past 16 years and still love it. The people of this subdivision make it feel like a village where everyone is here to help each other. The people of Hunters Ridge take great care of their properties with excellence and great homeownership.

    Getting Ready for Halloween
    This is a beautiful subdivision where the residents have pride in their homes with mature trees, beautiful landscaping, and a pool with bathrooms. Having a pool in a subdivision is rare in Pleasant Hill. I will be handing candy out for Halloween with covid preparations.
