    I Love Living in Hunter's Ridge
    My family and I moved to Hunter's Ridge and are very pleased with the neighborhood. We love Pleasant Hill and wanted to find a subdivision with a neighborhood pool for the kids. The houses in the newer phase of Hunter's Ridge pay an HOA fee and get access to the pool, which has been wonderful for the kids during the summer. There is only one road in, one road out of the neighborhood, so you feel very cozy and safe letting the kids walk down the street from the pool to the house.

    Since there is no through traffic, it's a great neighborhood for kids to ride bikes, walk the dog, play basketball, and more without having to worry about traffic or really anything. It's very nice and quiet here for those of us seeking a peaceful life. I highly recommend you check it out. There is a nice variety of floor plans and prices to suit you.

    Hunter's Ridge is the place to be on Halloween. We had around 400 trick-or-treaters, so make sure you buy enough candy. Neighbors go all out decorating. Some people turn their garage into a haunted house. Many neighbors sit in their driveways with a fire pit to keep warm while passing out candy. People drive in from more rural outlying areas to join the fun, and some were riding on trailers with hay bales. It's a great time, whether you are trick or treating or just enjoying passing out candy!

    Hunters Ridge is a beautiful subdivision in a country-like setting. It is nestled on a hill, where in some areas you can view the scenic view of the ponds or back up to farmland. This subdivision is very unique in its setting and the individual homes in the area.

    Getting Ready for Halloween
    This is a beautiful subdivision where the residents take pride in their homes with mature trees, beautiful landscaping, and a pool with bathrooms. Having a pool in a subdivision is rare in Pleasant Hill. I will be handing out candy for Halloween with COVID preparations.
