    North Lakes was one of my favorite neighborhoods growing up. My parents house is in Platte Woods and I have have so many fond memories of swimming in this lake and playing with all of the new neighbors as homes were being built in the late 80's early 90's. All of the young trees have grown up and give the neighborhood a look of maturity. This subdivision has a very low turnover so I love when I get an opportunity to list a property in North Lakes. Such a great location with proximity to the airport, Zona Rosa, and Park Hill schools.
