I had moved some dear friends of mine into this subdivision a few years back without having any prior knowledge of the area. But I knew from the very first drive around that there was something special about this subdivision! Here are some highlights:
- 98% of the houses seemed to be very well taken care with A LOT of variety in architectural designs.
- The pool area/clubhouse/ tennis court area seemed to be rather large, considering the relatively small HOA my friends were going to pay
- There was a lot of activity in the neighborhood with kids playing, couples walking, etc.
- LOCATION! This neighborhood is SO CLOSE to downtown, grocery stores and so many amenities.
My friends love living here years later and they cannot imagine living anywhere else. They have both remarked that if they move they will try and find a house in the neighborhood. I have been over there multiple times and have been blown away by the community feeling and how it seems like everyone feels safe just letting their kids roam free and play. They have A Fall Festival complete with a bounce house, pumpkin painting, chili contest, and face painting, Santa visits with a professional photographer, cocoa and cookies, annual garage sales, and many more.
