    Oak Tree Farm! Great for the Whole Family!
    I had moved some dear friends of mine into this subdivision a few years back without having any prior knowledge of the area. But I knew from the very first drive around that there was something special about this subdivision! Here are some highlights:
    - 98% of the houses seemed to be very well taken care with A LOT of variety in architectural designs.
    - The pool area/clubhouse/ tennis court area seemed to be rather large, considering the relatively small HOA my friends were going to pay
    - There was a lot of activity in the neighborhood with kids playing, couples walking, etc.
    - LOCATION! This neighborhood is SO CLOSE to downtown, grocery stores and so many amenities.
    My friends love living here years later and they cannot imagine living anywhere else. They have both remarked that if they move they will try and find a house in the neighborhood. I have been over there multiple times and have been blown away by the community feeling and how it seems like everyone feels safe just letting their kids roam free and play. Reminded me of my childhood. So if you are a young family looking to find a great community in Lee's Summit. Look no further!

Currently, the HOA runs $350 a year with access to a clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis courts.

    Oak Tree Farms is located off of Langsford Rd. I was fortunate to grow up in this neighborhood and the highlight for me was the swim team. The neighborhood is centered around the clubhouse with a pool and tennis courts. The swim team is open to kids through 18 years old and they compete in the Suburban Swim League. The HOA also puts on many activities throughout the year including an Easter egg hunt with the Easter Bunny present, a pool party with food, and live entertainment. They have A Fall Festival complete with a bounce house, pumpkin painting, chili contest, and face painting, Santa visits with a professional photographer, cocoa and cookies, annual garage sales, and many more. If you're looking for a neighborhood with neighbors that look out for one another and many events for the family throughout the year, then Oak Tree Farms just might be the right fit for you.

    Did you know that this subdivision hosts several events every year in the clubhouse? This weekend they are hosting a fall festival for the residents, complete with pumpkin carving, bounce house, cake walk, face painting, crafts and a chili cook off.
