    Platte Brooke North is a very special place to live. Mature tree-lined streets with monuments on the corners. The neighborhood has a mix of 1.5 and 2-story homes ranging anywhere in size from 3-6 bedrooms. It feels as if you are in a secluded part of the forest but you're actually in close proximity to everything. It's only a short twelve-minute drive to the airport and 15 minutes from downtown. There are several options for grocery shopping within 5-10 minutes and Zona Rosa is a quick 10-minute drive and offers any restaurant and retail choice you could possibly want. My favorite part of living in Platte Brooke North is the wildlife, especially the deer, that frequently take their morning walks through the yards, down the streets, and on the trail. It feels like you've discovered this preserved part of nature right in your own backyard. The HOA offers its Eagle's Nest Clubhouse to residents as well. Eagle's Nest Clubhouse is a special place for the community. Tucked in and up the hill it sits next to the community pool. It's a really nice and convenient place to hold birthdays, celebrations, and events.

    Platte Brooke North has one of the best clubhouse and pools in the Northland! They call it the eagles nest and you can see why. The property adjoins the Clay Platte Walking and Bike Trail that goes all the way down to the Missouri River. There are plans to connect these trails to the ones at Smithville Lake. I love this neighborhood in Park Hill School District!
