This past Saturday was the 5th annual Porchfest KC. This event featured over 150 regional bands this year, playing on 68 different Midtown porches throughout Roanake, Longfellow and Union Hill neighborhoods. Attendees wondered from porch to porch, listening from yards and sidewalks, to a wide-variety of acoustic music while enjoying the beautiful weather we had in Kansas City this weekend. This has become a popular event over the last few years, and one of my favorites.
