    Wildberry is a community made up of approximately 185 homes. This affordable community is located just west of Zona Rosa across N. Congress. The shopping area is an easy walk to access shopping, dining, and entertainment like summer Concerts in the Park and Festa Italiana.
    If you like being close to your schools, this is the area for you. Renner Elementary, Congress Middle School, and Park Hill High School are all right across Barry Road from the subdivision. With easy access to I-29, shopping, and schools, this might just be the perfect neighborhood for you.
  • John and I have lived in Wildberry since 1988. We built our home new at the time and thought that we had discovered the ideal place to live, work and raise our daughter, Samantha.

    We were right!

    Now all these years later we are still so happy with the location so handy and well placed. We cqn walk summer evenings to Bravo, Swagat, and ice cream shops in Zona Rosa, listen to music streaming across the street, attend a Park Hill High School football game in the autumn, easily pick up our grandkids when they fly in from out town to MCI just 5 minutes drive away.

    The best part of our beloved Wildberry: the neighbors. Nice neighbors, who help each get unstuck when the ice and snow prevents access to Congress. Or the freindliness of sharing homegrown tomatoes, or invitations to Halloween parties all dressed up and looking "cute-spooky".
