Paula is the best. Really enjoy working with her. The whole team is good. If one of them is busy at the time, one of the others jumps right in to help out.

George and Ebbie are absolutely great to work with. They are responsive and kept me up to date with everything going on with the sale of my house. Their staff are equally responsive and friendly. The house showings and all transactions went smoothly. I plan to recommend them to anyone I know that are looking to purchase or sell a lake property.

We had an excellent experience with Spouses Selling Houses. They provide an online house search that is updated daily. You can create favorites, set filters for size and price, and receive updates. I really liked “shopping” every morning to stay informed about all properties in my price range. We purchased a vacation house and had to travel to view the properties. George arranged his schedule to meet our travel plans. He offered observations, comments, and general advice. It took us 5 months to decide on a house, and we never felt pressure to make a decision. We were able to sign documents online, even while on vacation. They have a closing coordinator who is knowledgeable and was so helpful in the process.

Ebbie publishes a monthly tips for selling. Also a weekly update on the specific location with the number of electronic views and inquiries. The office was very helpful at closing. Ebbie also followed up after.

Sold our Lake home in four days and over the asking price. Arranged for inspection items that needed to be done for closing. Very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable office staff.

My husband and I have purchased two condos through George and Ebbie (and will list one of those with them soon.) They are absolutely wonderful to work with. Their whole team goes above and beyond to make the buying process as smooth as possible. I started working with Paula, which was always available to help with showings, homes to check out, getting info., and submitting offers in a timely manner. This proved vital when I literally found a home online, called her up to see if I could view, which she made it happen that evening, then found out had to have offer in that night as it was a foreclosed property, and submitted in the nick of time. I was then in a bidding war but she worked her magic! In the days leading up to this aforementioned house, I had made offers on 3 other properties that fell through with the last one being a God-send that Paula gave me inside info. and urged me not to continue to go higher in my offers. I had already offered more than ask in the back and forth. The foreclosure house that I ended up with is 3 times the house of the one I had been trying for. During my whole experience everyone in their office was instrumental. George pulled up aerial views and figured out property lines making it clear to me on a large projector. Ebbie actually assisted me with getting the best loan, providing an option the bank had not even thought of, or perhaps not offered. I loved her attitude in saying, "I just want to see if they come up with it first," as she dialed the bank and was discussing my approval amount, etc. all with my approval, of course. Other office staff gave me instructions on deadlines and signature needs, as well as how to go about this all the while working and having my own schedule. I ended up meeting members of Paula's family that would come into the office. I gained respect for these real estate agents in chatting and in observation of both their personal relations as well as professional. Faith, hope, hard work, decency, and family values were visible. These are truly those great folks that you want working with you, and for you! This has been a few years and now I am moving into another chapter of life and likely to sell my home. I know where I will be taking my business!
