Tuesday, May 10th at 1:00 p.m at the Camden County Courthouse Thursday, May 12th at 6:00 p.m. at the Camden County CourthouseHomeowners who rent their lake homes for a few days at a time could have their property assessed at a "Commercial" rate. Homeowners who rent their homes on long term or a month to month would still remain assessed at the "Residential" rate.Residential properties are assessed at 19 percent, while the Commercial rate is 32 percent. That's more than a 68 percent increase!
