The list of homes participating will be available Thursday, April 25 after 1:00 p.m. on FaceBook, www.fourseasonspoa.com and at the management office 2121 Bagnell Dam Blvd.

October 10th from 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. at The Lodge of Four Seasons is the 17th Annual Citizens Against Domestic Violence brunch. CADV provides services and support to men, women and children in Miller, Morgan and Camden counties. Last year over 400 attendees enjoyed the delicious food of more than 25 participating local restaurants that bought their favorite signature dish.

The King's Academy's Puttin' On The Ritz Roaring 20's Gala is Saturday, March 10, held at The Lodge of Four Seasons. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for the silent auction. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. and the live auction will begin at 7:30 p.m. Amazing auction items include: trip to Disney World, family trip to Mexico, MU tickets, Cardinal tickets, Disney on Ice... something for everyone! All proceeds from the Gala go to support The King's Academy. You won't want to miss this wonderful night of great food, live entertainment, fellowship, free child care, and a chance to support a great school.

February 23rd and 24th the Lodge of the Four Seasons will be hosting the 2018 Home, Business and Lake Living Expo. Numerous vendors will be offering ideas in home building, landscaping and remodeling. Great opportunity to visit the local vendors while viewing their exhibits and the opportunity to talk directly about your project needs.

If you're planning on walking down the aisle in 2018 this is an event you'll won't want to miss! You can visit over 45 vendors in just one location and take care of numerous hours of planning in just one afternoon. You can also participate in the extremely famous cake dive, with over 10 prizes each valued at over $250.00. Everything and anything you need to make your wedding day perfect will be there!

The Lake of the Ozarks Bridal Show will be held on February 26th, 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at the Lodge of the Four Seasons

If you're getting married in 2017 you definitely don't want to miss this! Your $5.00 admission provides you with a great swag bag, food tasting, wedding ideas, live fashion show and the opportunity to meet over 50 vendors. There will also be "Minute to Win It" games, with prize baskets valued at $100, a Cake Dive, with prizes valued at $500 each, as well as multiple other giveaways and specials.

Four Seasons boasts many amenities: Community pool area's, marina access, boat ramps, Common area's with day docks. Walking and biking trails. Three Interior Lakes with great fishing, and special bow hunting zones for deer. With activities like this who wouldn't want to live in Four Seasons!

I had the opportunity to spend my weekends growing up at our family home in Four Seasons. This is an area that truly has something for everyone. There are fantastic Four Seasons amenities which include neighborhood pools, parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, skateboard park, boat ramps, and a dog park. There are two fantastic golf courses on Horseshoe Bend along with a wonderful spa at the Lodge of the Four Seasons. One other great benefit to a Horseshoe Bend address is the road district. They do a great job keeping the roadways in optimal condition in both the summer and winter. Any snow is removed immediately.

The restaurants and nightlife are also fantastic on the "bend." You have the option of 5 star dining all the way to a lakeside burger in your shorts and a t-shirt. We even have our very own brewery. Horseshoe Bend Brewing Company offers a neat tasting room and beer garden. It's a wonderful meeting place to grab a really, really good glass of beer.

Once the sun has set, the party just begins. Horseshoe Bend has a number of venues that offer live entertainment, beach parties and even a nightclub. Toad Cove is the host to a star studded concert series each summer. Entertainers from Willie Nelson all the way to Hip Hop Artist, Nelly have graced their outdoor stage.
