We were still in the pre approval stage when we came across this house. We decided to just “look at it” to see if we even liked it in person. Well, long story short, we did, and we decided to stay with Tanya Burns for our agent. We have many friends that are realtors , but something just connected with Tanya. She made her part of the process feel easy. She was either available to talk to, or if she she was with another client, she was answer the call or text back right away to say she was with someone and she’d call right back when done. So knowledgeable of the surrounding area. Even though we are in the middle of “no where”. She is always so cheerful, and I would recommend her to anyone. Even after we moved in, and I had a question here and there, still so polite and friendly. Like she really cares about us and how we are getting settled.

Tanya helped us sell our house and buy our new home. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without her! She made the whole process as smooth and stress free as she could. She genuinely cares about you and your family and finding the right home fore you! I highly recommend her!

Tanya was 100% professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process of selling my Mother's home. When initially I had no idea what to do with all of the excess furnishings/belongings (a lot), Tanya connected me with a very kind and highly organized person who cleaned the house out so well. One thing I liked the most was Tanya's clear and consistent communication--even after the sale. Her dedication truly impressed me.
