Called about a lake house In Edwards Mo on stagecoach rd. We called the realtor to take a look at it. We get there and we love the place. Rhonda the realtor ended up being the sellers neighbor and friend and def didn’t have our best interest. Beware what you sign. We got caught up in the excitement of buying a new place and we were def not happy about her negotiation skills and wanted to find someone that had our best interest and she said we had signed a 6 months contract so we couldn’t buy anything in 6 months unless she received something from it. So please beware with her. Make sure you absolutely know what you are signing. We made that mistake. If you are looking at stagecoach come with your own realtor. To us she didn’t have our best interest.

If you are looking to buy Lake of the Ozarks property, you will want Rhonda on speed dial. Rhonda is quick and very responsive. Her experience shows in her quick solutions. The hardest thing about relocating is networking. Rhonda's area and nationwide networking experience is invaluable. Without it we would not have gotten our home in Nebraska sold as quickly. Rhonda was persistent and was able to find us more home than we ever expected. Rhonda took our years of planning and dreaming and really put the ball in motion for us.

Rhonda worked really hard to close on our house as soon as possible. She started her work on a phone call as we sat by the dock and she dropped what she was doing to come show us the house. She then worked long nights to make things happen quickly, so we could enjoy the house this summer. If we ever buy or sale again she will have our repeat business.
