From the start, he provided extensive guidance in the proper pricing of my place based on my communicated objectives. We had 25 showings in the 1st 25 days all due to his network and ability to draw people in. Reed was great! He continued to help us through the entire project. When our home did not sell as quickly as we had hoped, he organized a stager (that did a wonderful job) and our house sold quickly, for a price we were pleased with. He is a good person, and wants you to have your best experience.
