Looking to invest? Real estate is one of the best investments! And the Blue Springs area will give you a very good return on your money. It will not be the most expensive and it will not be the cheapest, but it will be a good value. There will be nicer areas and there will be areas that are rough, but if you want a steady supply of renters and properties that are priced right, look at Blue Springs. The entire Kansas City market has housing that is very affordable compared to most areas of the US. I moved to the area in 1986 and this is home. I have even purchased investment property in Blue Springs. I would definitely do it all over again.
