As a local in Blue Springs, downtown Blue Springs to be exact, I have found my few places to "hang" or recommend to those I know and others who pass by. One of my favorites hands down is Scout Coffee! I frequent the place so much, they know me by name. Plus the owner Jared is the sweetest guy. Everyone he has working for him are the best people. Now please do not let me forget to mention the coffee. Oh my goodness is it good! The flavors are unique, the food is really good and the choices they have for certain food sensitivities put them even further at the top of the list! Great place to meet friends or just have a walking place to land.
