Ramen House opened in South Blue Springs this weekend and appears to be quite a hit. Their menu offers a wide variety of appetizers and a "Create Your Own Ramen Bowl." I am especially excited to try all the different flavors of bubble tea, which has always been one of my favorites. Ramen House is closed Tuesday but is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily and until 9:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Ramen House is located at 2650 MO-7 in Blue Springs.
