    It's so easy to love this neighborhood! The subdivision offers a variety of builders and floor plans for you to choose from and all are vastly different. All of the choices are beautiful, spacious, and brand new! I am in the neighborhood a few times a month and get the opportunity to see neighbors out walking their dogs, kids playing or riding their bikes, or people out in their driveways talking to each other or doing yard work. It's located just off NW Hampton Road with easy access to 1-52, 435, and 1-29. Two large pools, a clubhouse, walking trails, and gym access are some of the featured amenities with plenty of community events throughout the year.

    This subdivision is in a great location with quick access to 435 and 152. This area is located near a lot of newer restaurants such as Johnnys Tavern and 10 to 2 Coffee. You can get to the Legends or a Sporting Kansas City game with a short drive down the 435. This subdivision is located in the Park Hill School District and has some great amenities. You can quickly get to downtown Parkville to shop and English Landing to enjoy a great park with a view of the river. If you have an interest in baseball there are some new amazing baseball facilities close by as well.

    Great, Walkable Community
    If you are looking for a dog-friendly, kid-friendly, family-friendly neighborhood in the Northland, this is a good option. Great sidewalks all throughout the neighborhood adds safety and smooth, level services. There are two "nature trails" in the neighborhood with black tops. There is also a grassy area and bridge next to one of the ponds. It's a pretty place to take your pooch for a stroll or just get out and get some exercise.

    Great Place For Biking
    For those of you who love biking, but feel a little uncomfortable riding on the shoulder and near traffic, there is a fabulous option right outside the neighborhood. The Southern Platte Pass trail is accessible along Highway 45 from The Station all the way to Line Creek Trail, with more options from there. The safest way to hook up to the trail, in my opinion, is to exit Chapel Ridge on the north onto NW 76th Street. From there, bike through the beautiful neighborhood of Countrywood out to 45 highway. Cross safely to the south side of the road to access the paved trail. I love that the trail is safe, moderately taxing (there are lots of hills) and offers a simple connection to the Line Creek Trail.

    The location of Chapel Ridge could not be better. It sits on a tall hill in Platte County making it a beautiful sight. The HOA's are very reasonable at $495 a year! It boast over a mile of walking trails, leading to Union Chapel School, two pools, a clubhouse with a 24 hour fitness center, and two stocked ponds. Currently the neighborhood has over 25 homes that are at various stages. The builders are awesome to work with if you are looking to build a custom home as well. Homes start in the $300's. It's the newest subdivision in Platte County and it's a great addition to unincorporated Platte County.
