I had the privilege of hanging out with some friends and trying Pho (pronounced "fu"- I learned) yesterday at Pho Tuoi, and it was delicious. I will certainly go back! We started with shrimp and pork spring rolls served with a yummy peanut sauce (I, of course, spruced it up with hoisin sauce and soy sauce). I had the medium bowl (should have gotten the small), with traditional noodles, steak, and I will certainly get it again. They coupled all bowls with basil, cilantro, lime, and egg sprouts for toppings. The place was clean, had excellent service, and was overall welcoming. I cannot wait to try it again soon! Easy location to find and located in the heart of Gladstone, right off North Oak. Try it and let me know what you think! Address: 6559 N.
