If you are looking for a dish to warm you up on these upcoming chilly days (dog days of winter), think about Little Saigon Plaza in Gladstone. Specifically, Pho Tuoi is delish! I have been there on two separate occasions, and it was SO good. The atmosphere is fun, and the staff is nice and efficient. Just to top off the 3 most important things when you dine out. Both of my visits, I tried the Shrimp & Pork Spring Rolls and the Sweet Potato Fries with Shrimp (for appetizers). For my main dish, I had the medium make-your-own Pho bowl both times with Brisket. Next time, I'll do it with Shrimp or Chicken. Pho Tuoi is definitely now on my circuit. I cannot wait to go back with my family!Address: 6559 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118Phone: 816-492-6055Email: [email protected]
