On Saturday, February. 27, from 10:00-11:30 a.m., the Lenexa Rec Center is having a free fitness checkup. You do not need a membership to participate. Certified personal trainers will be there to check weight, body fat percentage, sit-up test, pushup test, plank test, and 40-yard dash test. Just show up, 17201 W 87th St Pkwy, Lenexa, KS 66219, and see where you are at. The center will also be doing additional tests throughout the year.
