    Located south of downtown Liberty, Liberty Manor is an area with more affordable home prices. Most of the homes were built in the early 60's as Liberty was starting to transition from a rural community to a suburban community. One of the things that make this subdivision attractive is the convenience of a neighborhood grade school and ease of being able to walk to the school. The subdivision is also close to shopping, dining, and the vibrant historic downtown with its festivals and farmers' market. In the last year, there have been eight homes that have sold (according to MLS data), and the average sale price has been $217,750 and and average listing price of $212,125 which shows that home values are still increasing. The lack of homes on the market is still driving the price of homes upward.

    Liberty Manor is a great neighborhood in Liberty Missouri. This is a well-established neighborhood located right off 291. Your kiddos can walk to the elementary school it is so close! You are very close to some really good restaurants, and softball fields and bowling is right around the corner for family fun! These may be older homes, but they are solid with really good yards. A lot of people have bought them and redone them in recent years. You won't be disappointed!

Within walking distance of Manor Hill Elementary, it's a great neighborhood to have children in. Prices currently range between $110,000 all the way to $220,000. Children will attend Manor Hill Elementary, South Valley Middle School, and Liberty High School.

    My favorite thing about this neighborhood is that Manor Hill Elementary is located on Skyline Drive right in the community. It makes it so convenient for people with children. Liberty Manor is also close to the Liberty Community Center and Middle School.

    I live in the Liberty Manor subdivision and I can tell you from first hand experience it is a great neighborhood. The elementary school, Manor Hill, was the same elementary school I attended as a child and received a spectacular education. Liberty Manor Homes are typically ranch style homes with medium to large back yards. Trash pick up for this subdivision is every thursday and there is no HOA.
