As an Army brat, I was born in Denmark but my dad retired 3 months later and we moved back to the KC area where they decided to put down roots in Liberty MO which is where I graduated high school. I attended NWMSU as an instrumental music major, and even though I didn't graduate, I continue to play in several community bands and wherever I can to keep my skills up and to enjoy making music.
I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have two outstanding boys that are the light of my life.
After closing my home daycare in May of 1996, I researched what direction I wanted to go next. In December of that year, I officially started my real estate journey. Through the years I have assisted many of my daycare families, both parents and now grown children to purchase or sell their homes. I love people, plain and simple and helping them with one of their largest purchases is a blessing.
I reside in Kearney Missouri, where my kids went to school from kindergarten to graduation. Being very active in the community through the Chamber of Commerce (past president), Rotary International, and my church, I am invested in keeping the small town values even while we grow.

    Debbie was a very wam, friendly and patient, no-pressure realtor. She was knowledgeable about the areas where we were looking, had great questions to help us assess things and could help us think about ways to address any concerns before turning away an opportunity. Her auto search notifications were helpful. When we would see a house we were interested in she was easy to reach. She was also sure to contact us to be sure we noticed a listing she thought really might fit what we liked. Her resources and connections made the whole process less stressful. Thank you, Debbie!

    Debbie helped us sell our last home and she also helped us with the purchase of our new home. She was fantastic in both transactions. She was always on top of any issue that might have a risen on either the selling of our other home or anything that might be happening with our new home that we were having built. She helped us buy property years ago as well. She’s very thorough and detailed.

    Mrs. Holt has to be the absolute best in her profession. I have used Mrs. Holt for all three of my home purchases and sales since starting a family in 2015. Which each purchase and sale she brought a realistic approach and had always kept us mindful of the constantly changing market. She was always available for us as well, answering any and all questions about a sale or a possible purchase. If she didn't have an answer, which was very rare, she would always follow up with what she had found. Her communication was always something that I admired and never questioned and never had to. She treated us like family and still does to this day. Mrs. Holt is a pillar in the Kearney community and is one of the best people that I had ever done business with. She found my family's forever home this year and this review doesn't do her the justice she deserves. If you are ever in need I would highly recommend Mrs. Debbie Holt. She's the absolute best. TFB.

She was able to procure beautiful photos, tour my property with suggestions and facilitate everything to get it listed in a quick and professional manor. It sold in the first week for the price we wanted!!! She communicated with me frequently through the entire process. Bonus--she is a lovely lady with a great sense of humor!
