    To celebrate all the excitement coming to KC this summer with the World Cup Games, Liberty Parks and Rec is starting a new summer soccer league that encourages fun, competition, and community. The league will be made up of 3 vs. 3 matchups featuring group play, bracket rounds, and knock-out games. Teams will provide their own uniforms.

    The action starts June 9 and runs through July 9.

Last time I met my girlfriend there, we split the Trash Can Beef Nachos, and each had a salad with grilled chicken (I had mine grilled buffalo style). Talk about the perfect amount of food (I even had some to take home for leftovers...let me tell you what, the homemade blue cheese salad dressing was better the second day). My dishwasher stopped working in mid-cycle this morning, and of course, I panicked, as I am hosting a client event this weekend and Thanksgiving for 10 people!
