My husband and I met two other couples for dinner at Vintage 78 Wine Bar and had a blast. Chad was our fabulous waiter, and he guided us through appetizers, the main course, and desserts. All, of course, paired with the very best wine - hence a wine bar. Put Vintage 78 Wine Bar on your bucket list and be sure to ask for Chad! All six of us ordered something different, but we began with Assorted Olives, Steak Tartare, and Spanish Cocktail Mix. Between all of us, we tried/shared the following entrees: Hanger Steak; Rabbit Risotto; Morel Tagliatelle; Pesto Pappardelle; Bay of Pigs, and the Mushroom Toast. All very delicious! We ended the night with a couple of desserts: Sticky Toffee Pudding and Carrot Cake, coupled with coffee.
