I had to visit a lab recently, so I searched for the closest one that was covered by my insurance. Quest labs popped up. Much to my surprise, they were efficient, and friendly and went above and beyond to help me with my requests. My lab orders did not have all the information required to fill the work order. The tech assisting me got the number and called the doctor for me. Not only did we need the correct codes, but we needed more information on where to send the results. My tech was very friendly, made me feel at ease, and comforted me by telling me we would get it all worked out. Very professional, clean, and friendly atmosphere. I will be returning to this location if I need blood work drawn again. 1555 NE Douglas StLee's Summit, MO 64086(816) 554-9300
