Liberty Parks and Recreation is offering a free Evidence-based Program that will incorporate Tai Chi principles for improving health and wellness as well as being proven effective for fall prevention. The Centers for Disease Control has recommended this program to improve your balance, confidence, and muscular strength, and has been proven very effective in preventing falls.You will meet once a week for one hour over the course of 15 weeks in the gym at the Community Center from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Registration deadline is September 8th.
