My wife, Martha, and I had the pleasure of working with Barb Burns as our selling agent. We had no idea what to expect or any idea about the processes we would need to go through to get the most for our home we were selling. We had some bad tenants that really hurt the homes’ value and it took a lot of repairs to make presentable and get it to the high standards we hold. Barb found us great personnel at fair prices to help us repair the home, and they did a great job. She took time and made us feel like she was invested in the process and truly working for us. When the offers started coming in, she walked us through our options, counters, and did the research on buyers to help us decide what was the right offer to take. Barb felt like an incredibly knowledgeable part of our family throughout and we couldn’t have been happier in her service and professionalism! Thank you, Barb!

Barb was very helpful in all areas. She would help clean the house, staged the house herself , offered suggestions in what I needed to do to the house to make it more sellable. The best part was she would stop by and check the house every couple of days so I wouldn't have to since it was vacant. She also arranged for pictures to be taken that required nothing from me.

Barb did an outstanding job helping us find a house! Great communication and was always willing to come see a house with us even if it was far away. I would recommend Barb to anyone needing to find a house!

Miss Burns did a very good job. She kept me in the loop with every detail every change and every update with my property not only did she help me to sell the home, but also the prep and prepare it for sale and stayed with me through the entire process.
