The Post Masters at 1951 NE Rice Rd in Lee's Summit are not only kind, but they are also generous with their time and their customer services skills are exceptional. There have been two occasions that they have gone above and beyond to assist me with my mailing needs and dilemmas. Not only were they kind to me but I've witnessed them assisting other customers with the same level of professionalism and care as they have shown me. Dwon went above and beyond to assist me when I accidentally mailed the wrong document with a package. He assisted me and also helped me properly seal the package again for secure mailing to get my package safely to its destination.
