The fun starts Friday, September 23 from 5:00 to 11:00 p.m. and runs through Saturday, September 24th from 10:00 to 11:00 p.m. The carnival will be open Sunday also. The festivities will be held between 2nd and 4th Streets and Green and Market Streets. Free admission and free parking, but no pets are allowed.
