I can’t recommend Joanna enough!I bought my first home during 2021, when the housing market was absolutely nuts. I had: zero knowledge on how to start the process, a vague idea of the home I wanted to own, limited capital and a dead line of when I needed to get out of my living situation that was rapidly approaching. She was able to walk me through absolutely all of it, and I’m extremely grateful for all her hard work that she put in. When I found what is now my home, Joanna busted out some top notch negotiations tactics and was able to get me a killer deal on my home.

I've used Joanna to purchase two homes in the Northland. She was very knowledgeable of the housing market and the home buying process. Always responsive and pleasant to work with while house hunting and during negotiations.

She coordinated all our needs (cleaning, lawn, handyman work) and had the house on the market the next weekend. It sold the first day over asking price. She was great at communicating to us out of state and took care of so many details. She made a stressful experience go very smoothly. Can't recommend enough.
