Belinda has been in Real Estate since 1994. As the mother of three and grandmother of five she enjoys spending time with her family. In her free time she enjoys gardening, reading and watching the lake.
Belinda has a true passion for Real Estate. She has her ABR, SFR, HRC designations. She loves working with both buyers, sellers and investors.
Belinda is also one of the first agents in the Kansas City Area to obtain the CSHP (Certified Senior Housing Professional). While Belinda love to work with buyers and sellers of all ages she has a special passion for helping those ready to downsize and enjoy the autumn years of their lives.
Belinda has called Lotawana home since the early 70's when her parents bought a weekend home in S Block. Shortly, a larger home right next door came on the market and they bought it and became full-timers. Belinda's teens and early twenties were full of skiing, boating, swimming and fishing.
Belinda's parents lived in their home in S Block until they passed away. Ralph in 2006 and Bernice in 2016. Her husband's job required the family to live in company homes but Belinda knew that she would return to Lotawana when the time was right. The family spend all the time that they could at the lake. In 1999 she and her husband bought their home in I block. Their youngest went to Mason and graduated from North. Jan retired from his job and took a position at the Lotawana HOA. Belinda's two older children have also called Lotawana home. Her son living in S block during his collage years and her oldest lives at the home on S Block. Belinda knows Lotawana.
One of the biggest things that Belinda recognized while selling homes at Lotawana is that no home is alike. Marketing homes at Lotawana should not be standard cookie cutter marketing. Belinda has a full time marketing specialist on staff. They brain storm during a weekly meeting, new and exciting ways to market their properties. Teaser ads are run prior to properties going on the market. The one to the left brought in 3 offers before the property even hit the market. Some other examples of her marketing include October, Trick or Treat Open House for both agents and buyers, Wine and Cheese functions and Ugly Christmas Sweater contest Open Houses.
Belinda has hand selected her team to provide the ultimate service to her clients. Jenny Olson-Paden is a marketing specialist, short and admin who helps make sure that all properties shine and all transaction move along smoothly. Jenny is also a licensed real estate agent who specializes in Short Sales. Belinda also works with a buyers specialist, Lacey Wiley. Lacey is a wonderful addition to the team.
