Rob Waddle

Rob Waddle’s passion for real estate began shortly after his 1985 relocation from a small farming community in central Kansas to the Northland of Kansas City, MO, to begin work at TWA. For more than three decades while employed in the corporate world, he also pursued interests in real estate investments and property management: buying, selling and managing properties throughout Platte and Clay Counties. Rob completed major rehabs on several properties, and was recognized by the City of Parkville for “Moving Parkville Forward” after he restored an 1890’s home in old downtown Parkville to its original charm.

Rob understands and manages the lengthy list of things to do when buying and selling a home. He leverages his unique data analytics and technology experience with past employers TWA and YRC Freight to apply an “attention-to-detail” work ethic as well as state-of-the art web tools and marketing when assisting clients in the search for their perfect home. He is a graduate of Pittsburg State University where he studied Accounting.

Rob has never left the Northland, choosing to settle in Parkville in 1993 where he and his wife raised two kids in the Park Hill School District. In his spare time, Rob can be found tinkering in his shop on woodworking and do-it-yourself projects, biking the trails of Platte and Clay Counties, traveling with family and friends, and of course, spending quality time with his wife and grown children.
